With the coming into force on May 8th 1997 of new norms safeguarding personal privacy, we must inform you as follows (art.10):
1) Personal information submitted by you in this questionnaire will be recorded on protected electronic media and electronically processed with the utmost confidentiality by Emmegi for company aims, connected with or instrumental to Emmegi’s business and for submitting informative, publicity or promotional material for your perusal.
2) The decision to supply your personal information is taken entirely at your discretion, but is indispensable for us to involve you in all the initiatives reserved for Emmegi clients. Therefore, should you forget or decide not to undersign giving your consent for your personal information to be processed, Emmegi will not be able to proceed with its plans to assist you.
3) Your personal information will not be divulged externally, with the exception of companies whose reliability and professionalism are well proven and are commissioned by us to contribute to the operational aspects of processing your personal information as per point 1.
4) In accordance with art. 13 of the aforementioned law, you are free to consult, modify or cancel your personal information at any time and completely free of charge, or refuse its use for the purposes in point 1, by writing to Emmegi sas via Coriano, 58 - 47900 Rimini RN Italy.
Consent to personal information processing.
In accordance with the provision of article 11 of Law N° 675 of 31st December 1996, I, the undersigned, state to have been previously informed in writing of the provisions of art. 10 and art. 13 of the law and to give my express consent to Emmegi sas for the electronic processing of the information supplied by me, as well as this information being supplied to third parties as indicated in point 3 of the aforementioned statement.
